Talk to Dermatologist on Hairloss Male Pattern

hello doctors,
I'm 21 years old male, having history of baldness from paternal side.
I have hairloss since I was 18 years old. it has continued for almost 3 years now. im almost bald and have thinner hair at vertix.
PREVIOUS TREATMENT
- I have taken 3 PRP sessions from a very good clinic but it showed temporary improvement.
- and doctor prescribed me minoxidle which I didn't use.
NOW?
a hair transplant surgeon has prescribed me FINESTERIDE and MINOXIDLE through WhatsApp. but im concerned to use as I have read the side effects from google.
I'm attaching the picture of my hairloss in comments any senior hair transplant surgeon or dermatologist/trichologist guide me about finesteride. should I take it or not? and if yes, how long I have to take and is there any gap which I have to give?

did you use minoxidil before
In my opinion you should come to my clinic and let me have a look at your scalp and assess the extent of baldness. It’s very wise of you but not talking those tablets considering your age. Please take an appointment to see me at any of my clinics.
