Talk to Dermatologist on Hairloss /thinning /

hello doctor (dermatologist .) kindly help me with my issue ,, i have been prescribed clobederm lotion with oil for my seboric dermatitis on scalp ..

while another doctor prescribed dermosporin lotion to be applied directly on the scalp ..

i am bit skeptical as clobederm i have heard is very strong steriod but may be it helps to recover hairlosss due to dandruff ..

which lotion i should go with for my seboric dermatitis problem dermosporin or clobederm .. ?? do clobederm helps recover hairloss as well ??

please help me !!
