Talk to Dermatologist on Hand Dermatitis

Hi. Can you post this as anonymous. I have a case of hand dermatitis, can somebody tell me how I can get rid of it. I am abroad and can't seek medical attention due to some limitations. I developed this three months back, it has not increased however it has slightly changed position. It aggravates and feel itching and inflammation if in contact with water or heat. Note: I also have had a contagious wart on this hand since 6 years. Not medically treated yet. Married and no other medical conditions.

Hand eczema has one simple gloves if u have to wash dishes clothes or cut garlic Ginger etc. Use a good moisturizing soap after any work. Apply white petroleum jelly after tht. The more the vaselline less the itching. In case u have itching better to rub that area but not itch or scratch. That's the best I cud advice u without seeing u n taking detailed history. May Allah make it easy for u. Regards

Thank you Doctors.
So I did show this to a skin specialist and she has given me CLOBETASOL
PROPIONATE CREAM. Is this a steroid cream? She has also given me a hand soap to clean it with for 10 minutes and thanuse this once a day.
I have a question regarding the cream, if this is a steroid, will it affect my baby as I am a lactating mom.
Also, another side effects of it.
Will this process heal my finger 100%?
