Talk to Dermatologist on Hand Eczema Or Fungal Infection

Hi, I am facing this problem for year. It heals and again comes up. I have used mild steroids as per recommendation of pharmacists. I live in London and GP says go to pharmacist its just normal irritation but its becoming prolong now. Can someone advise me on this? I am happy to book video appointment if someone can help by over the counter medicines? (As we cannot buy medicines here directly if they are not over the counter) Thank you.
