vitamin c serum might help. cream albaderm at night.

It seems that you have been using fairness or bleaching creams on your hands. I think that had made the dark skin more prominent.
In my opinion you should stop using any kind of creams on the hands except Vaseline. apply it very frequently and dont do any dishes or clothes at all.

This will improve by itself

apply lacricare lotion on affected areas in morning and mandelac cream at bedtime. take tab thiocell 500mg once daily. cont for 4 months. Get Hba1c done along with cbc lfts and rfts. after tests for further management book appointment thru marham to see test reports and do needful. Reports are seen along with pt. so we can evaluate them properly.
