My wife (mother of 2 yrs old) is having darkened areas on hands due to dryness even with proper moisturizing and gets same even with 1 wash; pics attached. Please advise
Extreme weather can aggregate already existing dryness and eczema . Use strong emollient frequently and avoid irritants like soap and detergents . See your local dermatology for further history and examination
