Best solution for thick hair removal is laser..., and just for chin its nt at all expensive. If u dont want to get laser done. Then use Epila or depilus cream at night ........ u must be investigated for ur thick hair.....
You can use epilla or depilus cream whichever is available twice a day for 6 months minimum to see the effect..the hair growth will become less
