Talk to Dermatologist on Harmonal Acne
Asking for Self, Female, 19 years old, Mandi bahudin
- Deep, painful pimples mostly on chin, jawline and cheeks - Breakouts that get worse before my periods - Oily skin and sometimes scars/dark spots after pimples - I have tried [mention any creams, facewash you used like: tea tree facewash, acne creams] but they did not help much.
I think it is hormonal because it flares up with my menstrual cycle. Can you please guide me about: 1. What tests should I do to confirm if it is hormonal? 2. What treatment or medicines would be best for hormonal acne? 3. Any skincare routine or diet changes I should follow?
