Talk to Dermatologist on Have Some Skin Issues But Not Sure About Treatments

I've open pores, blackheads and uneven skin tone issues. My dermatologist recommended prp microneedling. it's my wedding after 1 week and other salon things life face threading will be done. I'm not sure if prp microneedling will heal or not or cause any issue to my skin. should I go for PRP microneedling in this short time?
