I'm a 26-year-old male. I have a small, rough, yellowish-tan patch on my foot with tiny dark dots. It has been there for five months. It is very painful, itchy, and has grown and changed colour. I have not applied any treatment. Could this be a wart or a callus, and do I need to be seen in person? What treatment do you recommend?
