Head Hair Problem Only

Question

Hi.i hope you will be problem is that my hair become oily and producing white powder like is different from i donot shampoo my hair for 2 hair is falling due to this and growth is also i was 18 my hair is started falling and after 2 to 3 years hair falling is in control but not front side of head is becoming clear due to what you suggest me can i go for prp and what is the solution of my oily head skin and dandruff.
