My daughter is 2 years and 10 months old, she has healthy hair Masha'Allah but she got head lice few months back from day care. I had tried almost every thing but nothing helped.. Metal combs, copex lotion, anti lice shampoos nothing worked.. They are just increasing day by day.. Her sleep is also disturbed coz of swere itching, even zakham ho jatay hain kharish sy.. Zakham K dar sy mein koi medicine Nae lgati K kahin kharab na ho jaye.. Plz help
are there any 'zakham' now?
if not, apply lotrix creamy lotion on hair once a week at night, comb hair with lice comb while shampooing next day. do this for 4 weeks.
and give 1 tsp of syp actidil at night for 20 days.
if there are zakham, u cannot do this treatment. please first confirm.

I will use this treatment after her zakham n scratches are recovered.. I hope this syrup is safe to give it to such little kid, she is 2 years 10 months old.. I hope no side effects..

Apply Effigenta cream on her zakham at night for 5 days, and syp velosef 125 mg 1 tsp three times a day for 5 days.
After 5 days, you can start the lotrix creamy lotion.

Actidil is a must to use fr 20 days? N is it safe without side effects? Plz do explain this.. Thank you so much fr ur detailed guidance

Actidil is antiallergy. It will settle the itching.

I will complete this 4 weeks course as u prescribed.. Can I use this lotrix creamy lotion on my kid afterwards to prevent getting head lice n nits again? For prevention plz tell me something as she is going to start schooling from August..

Only prevention is to stay away from kids who have lice. Lice travel by close contact of hair.

Plz doctor suggest me also I am facing head lice problems now I am 34 before 4 years ago I've diagnosed hypothyroid then many problems started with me hair loss one of them doctor suggested me few medicines and hair spray. Us time se mujhy hair lice infection hogaya hai jita bhi nikal lon next day phir se ????? hi ajati hein. Alhamdulillah mein 5 times pray kerny ke koshish kerti hon means mein cleanliness ka khayal rskhti hon per koi faida nahi hota plz help.
