my niece 9 yrs and 8 yrs respectively have head lice issue. its not about being unhygienic. Whatever methods (like combing and using anti lice shampoo) be used they keep coming back.. Just read about use of ivermite tablet but need doctor's advice in this regard... Thanx

There are some lotions available that can be used to get rid of lice but nits do not die with these lotions so u have to repeat the process for a couple times. Kindly consult any FCPS dermatologist. It's dose is according to weight and has to be given cautiously. Avoid over dose. Better to use topical lotions first.
