It seems to be athletes foot disease. Keep feet moisturized. Take antifungal treatment like cap. Fluconazole 150mg weekly for 6 weeks
U shld visit a dermatologist near u and check what is the issue. Ur foot need to examined properly. Without history n examination diagnosis wud be difficult.
