i history of hives, i got treatment 3 ,4 times in last 15 years. Now facing again. I think in my Case it happens Due to spices in food ,(although i use very little spicy food) . In last month i consume approx 400gm almonds and cashew nuts with milk . For last 3,4 days i got itching in my body and at my private parts. feeling much pain particularly at my penis.

As per my opinion, my case is due to food.
Energetic food like dry fruits , meet etc and spices .
As a young Male to say No to these is difficult.

nuts can cause hives at times beef is also known
prevention is always better than cure
switch to other types of protein diet
