Part your hair and apply the spray then gently rub or massage it in your scalp. If u have generalised thinning of hair then it can be applied on whole affected area otherwise apply it on the areas that are balding. 6-7 puffs(1ml) morning and night. Do not apply in wet hair. Avoid getting it on your forehead when applying. Wash your hands afterwards.
