Looks like a pyogenic granuloma . The treatment is laser or electric cautery pls take an appointment for proper treatment

This looks like a pustular nodule or a granuloma requiring either Cryo-Surgery or RF treatment. Choice can only be made after clinical examination and a firm diagnosis is made.
