Talk to Dermatologist on Hydrocele Related Issues

Hello doctors,

I've developed hydrocele in left testicle when tennis ball hit me while playing cricket when I was 14. I did have test and evaluation done in 2016 and doctors said its not dangerous so you can leave it as it is. I am going to get married in 3 months and want to get the water drained out from the testicle 3-4 weeks before marriage as it looks awkward. What would be the cost and 3 weeks are sufficient time prior to marriage for this kind of treatment?
