Talk to Dermatologist on Hyperpigmentation, Sun Tan, Acne Scars

my face has hyperpigmentation around lips and my nose and a sun tan on my whole face. I had a very fair skin tone as a child. I also have red acne scars not pit like scar, it's more like an inflammatory scar. I have heard about hydroquinone 4%, glutathione supplements, kojic acid cream for skin lightening. can u suggest what I should use in terms of it being effective?

hello sir! Can u please guide me regarding which one of these to use? my mother took me for acne treatment to a good derma but I don't want to tell her that I'm feeling insecure regarding this. Please help out . If I do tell her she would instead get angry at me for it.
