It has been 2 months I got this Alopecia Areata, I lost my hairs in a coin shape at the side of my head , It was so small patch then it get increased now it more and more bigger compared to it was before , I used garlic , Sulphur , I used homeopathic medicine, But it getting increased now I got 4-5 Patches on my head , ndd I'm losing hair loss where i dont have no Patches, I comb my hair with 10-15 hair loss !! please help me giving me advice , I saw a doctor on Wednesday last weak She gave me monoxidil Spray , Some medicine and a shampoo too , What should i do on area where no scalps to prevent hair loss further?

Keep using minoxidil on bald patches and the rest of the scalp if u want. Keep using it for next few months to get the maximum benefits. Treat dandruff if u have with anti dandruff shampoo.
