Talk to Dermatologist on I Have Hair Scalp Issue

I have checked various doctors and they told me I have seborhic dermatris but nothing give actually works they give lotion but after stop using them it started again. Now the current situation is my scalp is really oily like after washing of 2 to 3 hours.no shine at all and rough and I have severe itching or dandruff and several hairfall as well don't know what to do I have no hormonal issues as well using the konaz shampoo or dove one but nothing works actually so please suggest me what I should do?
