on my both legs i have these pimples and i cant seem to get rid of them, dr has prescribed terbiderm to apply on them. but so far no progress. i cant even walk now.

apply hydrocortisone 1% ointment once a day thin layer avoid hot bathing clothes use soft clothes for 7 days
