This looks like sub-acute eczema which has come from scalp.
I would like you to apply Vaseline twice daily for starters.
Let me examine your scalp and the rash behind ears to confirm diagnosis.

There is no need to send pic of the scalp. I don't believe in looking at pictures and diagnosing a disorder. It's impossible to correctly diagnose. It's dangerous and unethical. If you just follow what I have recommended you will be better.
If not then I would like to physically examine your scalp and the rash behind your ears.
