Talk to Dermatologist on Icting In Private Areas Since 6 Months

Since 6 months I have diagnosed scabies in privates parts and legs there are rashes in my testicles and private part too and legs too three time different doctors checked up me and they also diagnosed scabies and in night I have to much itching in that specific areas when I do medication in sometime like in 10,15 days they get recovered but not fully recovered and less itching but somehow it get reinfected and Now when my medication is done I got reinfected and reinfection on the same spots where always pop up rashes I'm so worried I visited many doctors but not recovered... suggest me what should I do.
