Talk to Dermatologist on Ingrown Hair

i started waxing my bikini hair since last year and before that i was using hair removal cream. since i started waxing that area I've started to have black spots everywhere on that area sometimes inflamed with bumps. when i used to use creams i never had that problem that area used to be clear but now there are black spots everywhere and they wouldn't go. please tell me what should i do? should i stop waxing? if yes then what should i use?
