your nail will must probably come off. there's a clot beneath your nail. just take tablet brufen 400mg to decrease the pain and swelling (unless you are allergic to brufen or have any liver/ kidney problems, in that case don't take brufen). also if in next few days it gets red hot and painful, please visit a nearby hospital as those can be signs of infection and abscess formation
