Talk to Dermatologist on Inner Thigh Mole

I have a mole on the right inner thigh. It developed around 6 years ago when i had extreme rashes due to walking. It was not painful in last 5 and half year. But now for around 4-5 months it has become itchy and painful and i am not able to walk properly because when i walk it touches with the left inner thigh and sometimes blood come up on the surface of the mole (Image attached). I have applied polyfex today hoping it would be helpful.
It would be appreciated if anyone could prescribed me a pain relieving medicine or cream.

it is not a mole but a pedunculated tag. I treat these either with spraying liquid nitrogen on it or if I do not have it when you come then I treat it an electrical machine. please make at appointment to see me at my Clifton clinic. At this clinic I have these facilities.
