I hope you are doing well. I am a 30-year-old unmarried female, and I have a query regarding hair growth.

I have had hair around my nipples since I was about 18 or 19 years old. I do not have thick facial hair, but three years ago, I took Actrac (Isotretinoin) for acne. After that, I developed an allergic reaction, which caused facial swelling. A doctor then prescribed Deltacortil, and after completing the course, my condition improved. However, since then, I have noticed soft hair growth on my cheeks, sideburns, and chin. These hairs are not thick or coarse.

Additionally, my menstrual cycle is regular. My weight was 62 kg before Ramadan, but now during Ramadan, it has decreased to 59 kg. So having hair around the nipple and face is normal?
