Talk to Dermatologist on Intestine Issue With Hair Fall

Aoa Ques to gastroenterologist,

Dr I have some intestine issue abdominal pain diarrhoea , gas and gerd. h pylori, stool for calprotectin and celiac disease all are negative , but fecal occult blood positive, With this issue I am also facing weight loss and extreme hair fall I almost bald , what the cause of hair fall with intestine issue ? Is that any gut flora problem or malnutrition?? I am going for colonoscopy but till thn Plz recommend me some supplements or Medicine for this issue which control hair fall.
