my age is irregular periods. facing hirutism and facial dermatologist prescribed me some are to lock down unable to visit doc. plz give ur reviews on repots.
If you were in Karachi I would have treated your problem well. First of all repeat your Serum Testosterone levels and U/S pelvis at the time of ovulution ie 14 days BEFORE the start of your next periods. Have Sr Testosterone levels done from AKUH lab. I would also like you for Serum Insulin levels too.
When you have the reports go to a qualified Endocrinologist first and then later to a Dermatologist.

Report shows PCOS which is evident for hirsutism and irregular periods but there needs to b done one more tests and for treatment u need to take an appointment
In Female Acne Vulgaris and Hirsutism indicate hormonal disturbance and it's due to number or disorder but Pcos is the most common one.
In PCos treatment varies from patient to patient and depends what multiple issues she has.

Yes it looks like your do have PCOs. If your periods are not regular then 1st you will have to do charting every month. In addition to that you must also consult an endocrinologist now to have your periods regularized. it's important because on the basis of the reports your future treatment will depend on it.
