Talk to Dermatologist on Irritation And Itching Around Inner Legs Junction And Private Area

Dear doctors(s), I am facing a problem regarding itching and irritation in the area nearer to skin of testicles and on inner legs' skin, which is adjacent to testicles. It was very intense during summer and that time I got it's treatment and used many anti-bacterial and anti-fungal ointments, creams and tablets. I used them for more than one month, but when I leave them, it again happens. It's not a problem of sweating because now, it's winter, but it is present on a lower intensity. To get rig of this, I daily use a Tryzin tablet and it goes for a day. But, it's not a permanent solution. Please help me that what is the issue and how to get rig of it, forever. Thank you.
