1) complete history zaroori hai. msg key shortcut sey yeh condition treat nahi ho sakti.
2) ANA, ENA profile from Aga Khan lab zaroori hai. Anti Jo1 antobodies test bhi zaroori hai, agar lab mey yeh test available hai.
3) yeh neurologist nahi, rheumatologist ki beemari hai.
4) CPK, Serum aldolase, LFTs, chest xray zaroori hai.
