i have itching on mh whole body in winter this is not for the whole day it happens when i walk ,feel some hot or expose to sunlight

moisturise your body multiple times a day specially after taking lubrex gel on damp skin.
Make sure you have humidifier if using heater as it adds more to making skin dry.
