Talk to Dermatologist on Itching Scrotum Area

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 36 years old, Fujairah, UAE

I have itchy scrotum both sides. Even if I put fungal cream or using sulfur soap it won't heal. I regularly take a bath and clean it but it's still there. When I scratched, there's an open small wound. I suffer from it for almost 10 months already. Please help.

This is an eczema which is brought on by scratching. So you must not touch it at all. Ask a doctor there to prescribe you an anti-itching tablet so that you don't have an urge to scratch. Apply Vaseline to the rash several times a day and make sure the sweat in that area keeps on evaporating so sit in an airy spot with your legs and thighs wide apart throughout the day.

Regards
