Talk to Dermatologist on Itchy Lip Line

I posted a few days back, that i have itchy rash around mouth and lip line and i was told by the dermatologist that its dryness due to isotretinoin n i should apply petroleum jelly n cutivate.. it settled with petroleum jelly.. now from last 4 5 days i have re started glucophage and aldactone again which i was advised by endocrinologist. And i am having itchy lip line again.. its very itchy specially at night and red.. I can find out if its bcz of any of these medications or some dermatitis. I am regularly applying petroleum jelly and coconut oil to it.. Kindly help
