Talk to Dermatologist on Itchy Patch On Left Leg Near Ankle

Dear Doctor,
I have this itchy patch from past 2 years. In summer there is no itch and it gets shrink but in winter the area skins becomes darker and sometimes itchy and dry. Please guide what sort of treatment I should do.

Apply lubrex gel multiple times keep it moist
Looks like a chronic eczema. Just apply Vaseline twice or thrice daily for one week. If this doesn't get better, let me see you sometimes next week.
