Talk to Dermatologist on Itchy Penis And Body

I'm facing itchy penis small bumps like acne they are more visible when I scratch no pain no discharge I mean no STI just itchy my body also itchy but no acnes I live in Saudi Arabia the weather is so dry water also not good I use antifungal cream also (Diprosalic Ointment) but my penis still itchy too much what is the cause of this ? Allergy , Sweat , fungal infection or Weather Conndition
