Talk to Dermatologist on Itchy Scalp

Sir i had itchy skalp from the past 3 months when i cut all my hair and i saw there were black spots on all over my head(hyperpigmentation) and doctor prescribed me hivate lotion with polydem s shampoo along with acylex tablet but i have still some symtoms of aching plz tel me what to do
Was the doctor a Dermatologist ? Did he tell you what is it that you had ? Did he tell you the name of the disorder ?
He has prescribed you an Anti- viral tablets and at the same time he has prescribed you a potent steroidal lotion to apply. It's just incredible.
I don't know what exactly you have. Unless a qualified Dermatologist examines your scalp, it's impossible to diagnose, hence treatment.

He is a quack specialist. If you have fungal infection, why he didn't prescribe you with anti-fungal medication? Instead he prescribed you a cortisone lotion which is not to be used by someone who has infection.
Please consult some other highly qualified Dermatologist in your area or any other city.
I cannot request you to come and visit me in Karachi because it's far from where you live and it would be difficult for you.
