assalamualaikum wrwb

I've Keratosis pilaris, also known as chicken skin (as per google) on my both arms, shoulder till elbow. they don't itch nor there's any pain, and I have these since 2007. I want to get rid of them. sometimes they get very few, sometimes they increase. I've seen these on the arms of a few friends too at gym. did some research on internet too. please suggest any cream or treatment which I may use to get rid of these. I don't like the sensation of these when I touch my arms while washing or scratching. please help.

Use exfoliants like lactic acid (12-15% strength)or glycolic acid (8-12% strength) based lotions. At least 3 times a week. Daily at night urea plus salicylic acid based moisturisers (20-40% work best) avoid shaving your hair with dull blades or against the growth of hair. If wax increase KP avoid it too. Best is to get laser hair reduction sessions.
