Talk to Dermatologist on Large Pores Issue

My skin looks exactly as it's in the image. it's been a long time I'm trying to fix it. I used expensive skin care products like niacinamide, salicylic acid, double cleansing, skinorean cream, a good sunscreen but it's not getting better. Can someone recommend the best option to get rid of this. I've 1.5 months left for my wedding and make up also does not look good with such a skin. is there any treatment which can fix it or any skin care?
