You just raised your leg straight up and pull your toes towards you with any rope, band or even your it for at least 10 3 sets of this 3 times a day and you will feel the relief.
Dear patient, according to your symptoms seems you already under treatment of cardiologist and pulmonologist. You need to see vascular Surgen also. For leg and foot swelling please raise your leg on and off to prevent dependent edema. You also need physical therapy.
The problem you shared is really not a Dermatology problem but you better have the leg examined by a vascular surgeon too as she may have varicosities / DVT

Thanks for sharing ur concern. It’s not a dermatological issue. Can u tell me the difference between the diameter of both legs by measuring with an inches tape. A nu y pain on walking or pain at rest as well at night ? high cholesterol level ?
