Lice And Nits Issue

Respected Doctors , 
My daughter aged 4 year is having lice problem since a year , I\'m really tired of cleaning her hair after every shower with lice comb, which doesn\'t help much . I\'m afraid of using harmful chemicals on her hair ,kindly suggest anything that is not harmful and effective too

Asalaam o alaikum.
Use Malin lotion 5 percent permethrin . Apply on hair and scalp for 15 min and wash.
Repeat weekly once for 3 weeks.
Nits can only be removed by nit comb or hand .

Apply malin lotiin aevery sunday for just 20 minutes. .then wash it

Very common among children of this age. No harm in using antilice lotions
containing for 2 hours and then wash repeat on 7,10 and 14
days. All contacts should be treated. She might be getting re infected from
any relative, nanny or school mates. Rule out this factor to avoid
recurrence.
How ever proper consultation is the best answer.
