Talk to Dermatologist on Lichen Planopilaris On Scalp

Is Lichen planopilaris treatable.

I have consulted three to four dermatologist in Islamabad, all of them are prescribing steroids like betnovate (for two weeks), for Lichen planopilaris.

My scalp is very itchy and hair are falling down due to pink spots around hair roots.

What to do, how to get rid of this.

any habits, food, precautions those will be helpful to get rid of Lichen planopilaris permanently?
