Talk to Dermatologist on Light Mild Red Spots Acne

I have light red mild acne spots on one side of my cheek, they won’t go away it’s been a month. They are light red spots I used to have an inflammatory acne pimple and it went away within a week but it left this red spot. And I have the same few spots on this one side of cheek too.

My routine is I cleanse and moisturize. I use la roche posay spot treatment but it doesn’t seem to work to get rid of these light red spots. I use spf

Please recommend me something topical or a product to apply to get rid of these red spots.
