Talk to Dermatologist on Lip Corners

After a few months of dry cracked lips, and cracked corners, the corners then took on an inflamed angry look. It now looks healwd but the corners still have an extended appearance, thick appearance. Is it scaring, keloid scaring (she does have 2 keloid scars that developed on her upper chest and knee) or just healing. Will it go back to what it used to be??? I tried supliments but they just seemed to make it flair. My accupunctureist said b vitamins are heating, so maybe it was too much internal heat. So I just stopped supliments. When i stopped supliments it stopped flairing (looking angry) , but it still has an extended appearance.
