Talk to Dermatologist on Lips Corner Discoloration, Large Cheek Pores, Dark Circles

Basically few years back i had a breakout at lips corner, they were inflamed, red itchy, dry, painful and then when they cured, they left very big black discoloration, its reduced by time, but its still there what to do? Secondly i have facial hair problem due to which or idk there are large pores with hairs on my cheeks which are visible that there are large pores, how can i. Minimize them? Thirdly, i have face structure like proper deep under eye structure and i face dark circle issues from childhood, though my work is on laptop all the time but still is there any way to remove under eye discolouration?

Any ointment, oral medication, creams or diet i can follow to resolve these issues
