Stop licking your lips with tongue OR stop smacking your lip with your teeth. It's the saliva that's causing the problem. Apply Vaseline like 24 times daily to your lips so you don't have the desire to smack your lips.
If you don't stop smacking / damping your lips, you will never get rid of the rash.

Dear patient, we should not jump to start treatment before to find the cause. In your case there are so many factors that can cause your lips dry and chap. It could be your saliva, your dental hygiene or you may be a mouth breather. Please consult dermatologist for proper treatment.

I feel my saliva looks very acidic type. I am not used to lick my lips and I stay very conscious about it. And secondly my nose bone not straight as per ENT it needs operation so do agree with you.
Looking for your precious advice further.

there r many causes ...it can b actinic chelitis too... which should b properly treated... so kindly visit a dermatologist
