U just need to use a good moisturizer. These marks will shrink anyways with her age. U don't need to worry. Use a good soap no medicated soap to be used. And a good moisturizer will stop her itching.

Yes they will go away in shaa Allah. No deficiency. She is way too young for marks. So relax.
