brownish marks / spots on skin have appeared for long time now almost 2 months. right inner arm and chest area is effected. few marks are appearing now in left arm as well. there is no itching or irritation. is it just a skin problem or it can indicate to sometging else? which dr should be consulted, derma or someone else?
