Hello everyone . About 7-8years ago , I wanted a tattoo so I made a tattoo on my hand using Red Hot burning needle and now it's permanently on my arm . I'm applying in PMA LC in April so I have to get rid of these marks . To be really honest I have some financial issues . Kindly give me some honest advice that how can I get rid of these marks .
